India's old and once reliable broadband service provider has now slipped into a downgraded service category. Day by day its services are becoming worst.
After the initial installation of my Plan (VDSL 1050, 10mbps plan) i was getting very nice speed for one month but suddenly the speed is now capped upto 1.20-40 mbps or sometimes 1.70 thats it. The problem has been continuing from last two months.
Have made numerous amount of complaints with the authorities but there is NO improvement in their service. And now they have started to harass consumers by diverting calls from one center to another.
One of the MTNL person said that they are having technical issue at their end and that will be resolved in a day. One month has already passed but still it isnt resolved. Another one says that there is a problem with your Router change the router and check, after changing the Router the problem still persists. I invested almost 14000 rupees for two VDSL routers already.
