I had requested to change my connection from vdsl to fiber on 7th December and the technician visited my premises on 8th to install the wiring and new ont but couldn’t get the line activated. He again visited the next day and tried for 4 hours to get it activated but couldn’t. He gave me the reason that the issue is from “back end”.
I have been trying to contact customer care since then and even emailed nodal officer and appellate authority of mumbai but they all give a standard template reply that they will resolve the issue within “24 to 48 hours” and do not care to explain me what exactly is the issue.
It’s been 10 days now and I am tired of calling and emailing them every. Please suggest what should be my next step.
