It's eaten raw actually. Pretty common in the south. You mix red chilli powder + salt and apply it on cut mango and eat it
Raw mango with salt+ red chili powder is very popular time pass snack in South.
I would not get into pickles manufacturing segment. Will try to sell some unique stuff though.
