Video off remote Plex server connection on JioFiber - throttled?

I'm on Leaseweb. How's your speed on this test file (my server): File Browser Enhanced (Link expires in 4 hours)

Leaseweb download I am getting a speed in between 2 and 2.5 MB/s - both for HTTP and HTTPS.

Changing the plex port to 80 did not help. The speed continued to be pathetically slow.

Did you try it with my server? Idk why but the test files are usually much slower for me compared to the actual speeds from server.

Maybe you could get a Leaseweb VPS and relay all the traffic through that?

On your server I am getting between 8.5 - 10 MB/s - better than leaseweb test.

Even the smallest leaseweb VPS is costlier than my dirt cheap dedi from Online.net. I will continue with it. With WARP, I get full plan speed from the server.

if you have a domain, you can reverse proxy through cloudflare, its against their ToS though.
