Since u r satisfied, i think they will say "Matter resolved to customer's satisfaction!"
 
I already replied to the TRAI in that mail i stated they cudnt fix the PQ issue in my STB hence i bought HD Box by Paying Rs.2,700 extra for my satisfaction...

It means D2H is not fixed the PQ issue in my SD STB....

Hey Guy! New issue started....

They have created a New account (new smart card) when i converted in to HD STB.... In the new Account My Name is wrongly entered... i sent mail to change my name to CC... They have replied they are waiting for my New CAF form filled by me.... I got somuch irretated with their repliess... They are just upgrading my SD connection to HD connection... why this CC peoples are not Educated about their Products? on the day of installation i made a Conference call with the Area manager and dialed the CC he also heard the Conversations.... they CC peoples english is very poor....

Anyway lucky not choosed their DVR product....
 
May be PQ wud be of that standard in the SD connection. Thats why they maintain all separate records for HD subscribers. And thats the reason why they made a new Customer ID for u, despite the fact that u just upgraded.I also did a fresh registration when i upgraded from SD to HD DVR, and got my balance transferred from old account to new account.And CC.....i am telling this umpteenth time - its useless on 99% of times. Better to contact them via email. Or still better wud be to contact the person who did ur installation.
 
i didn't had to fill any caf forms nor it was shown to me. only i had to sign on the installation receipt. that's it
 
At many times, the engineer who comes, doesnt ask u to take the trouble of filling up the form. U just have to sign at relevant places, and he does the rest of the work.
 
@Jaymin....Your right... They just took the signature... i asked him why its not filled up.... he said its just Upgrading to no need to fillup....
 
Today I got my Exchange offer Rs.1000 + old amount in to my account. but around 15+ less... i called the cc and asked about the same... they explained that i got the new connection on 9th and the old connection changed on 10th so they calculated for 10th date also...I asked him how come u can charge me even when i closed mu old ID? he dont have answer he said he will escalate the issue and get back to me... just 15rs. but i will take them a ride again....
