May be PQ wud be of that standard in the SD connection. Thats why they maintain all separate records for HD subscribers. And thats the reason why they made a new Customer ID for u, despite the fact that u just upgraded.I also did a fresh registration when i upgraded from SD to HD DVR, and got my balance transferred from old account to new account.And CC.....i am telling this umpteenth time - its useless on 99% of times. Better to contact them via email. Or still better wud be to contact the person who did ur installation.
