Videocon D2H DTH: Clarity Issue

And still, theres no guarantee of quality with other DTH too. He says he already had Sun DIrect earlier. Now he has D2h, and also planning to change this.

I am not saying that D2H is bad... because of their Technician the entire Company is getting the bad name... Company will be giving Advertisements by spending crores and make the people to buy but this buggers so called technicians will come and do the works like collector...

I am ready to fight and get the things done who can legaly fight with me.... their style is different they will fight with us with gundaas...

Yesterday i spoken with CC one Mr. Venkat... he said he is not aware of Technical information like Strength/Quality... he said he will discuss with their higher officer and get back to me before 9:30pm but he didnt call me back...

I feel their side also there is a lacking because, i wrote clearly in mail that i am not getting 100%.... still they didnt understand means i have to appoint a ENGLISH TEACHER for D2H Customer Care Team guys.... to teach English...

I just changed to D2H from SD just for package... with Rs.150 (New south gold) i am getting max channels then SD on last september....

Yes, bcoz wtever DTH he opts , engineers will be same lazy locals.

Bro, I would again tell you not to follow up with CC on such high level issues. You need to take up the matter with Nodal team in written form i.e E-Mail .If they confirm tht you would be getting 80-85% Quality only, then no reason to mess with Goonda Engineers. And if they too agree that it should be greater than tht, then let then provide it to you .
 
Once again i spoke with their CC Mr. Lokesh seems to be Floor Supervisor/Manager... he said he took a strong complaint on this i should get a call from their technical team before 6pm today... lets see what's next.... @IndianMascot...If they confirm that i can get only 80 - 85% then no issues for me also.... I will be happy with what i am getting... i am fighting to 100% if i can get only... else why should i
 
I wud give u a suggestion.....u just VERY POLITIELY remind a higher level executive, that u have TRAI contacts available with u, if they dont attend ur issue. But yeah, since he has again given some waiting time, wait for that.
 
i think if u really want to teach a lesson to the moron technician, u go to TRAI. but if that guy is not the one with whom u cant mess easily, its better u look somewhere else......and may be go thru the same ordeal with that DTH a few months down the line. :(
 
I had one better Idea. Since you are in Tirupati, So you would be having Row Houses kind of things. So why don't you learn some art to realigning your Antenna yourself. Its not so tough. Little bit of research, hard work and you can urself configure it.Also the day you would have decided to quit d2h, don't forget to write a formal mail mentioning all the reason and painful moments u have had and sent it to as many official ids you have .
 
@ IndianMascotI dont have a Row House nearby, in wholeTirupati our Apartment is biggest (7 floors :saturn:) Clear Open sky in my Terrace without any disturbance....Now maybe the local technician will close my complaint without attending as he is fedup withmy complaint....Anyway's... i am not going to call them anymore... I will use D2H still my amount getting over and then will shift to Some other Operator... All know's that there is some problem with the D2H PQ few places its getting rectified with the Qualified technicians... few areas left unattended... in Tirupati LCD/LED is very big thing... no body uses... if anybody using all connected with Local Cable as getting good channels n Movies.......as you said when i am removing the D2H i will send the stb to their office or to TRAI stating nobody bothered abt my complaints....
