Videocon D2H DTH: Clarity Issue

Don't send STB , bocz may be in future it cud be of use. Also you have invested your hardcore money in it. Just mailer to Maximum people would be enough for them to humiliate. :)
 
Mail sent to TRAI & D2H...

Dear Team TRAI,

Ref.: Customer ID xxxxxxxxx.

I using the D2H Connection for almost 1 year now, still last month i didnt have any problem, Recently i changed my 21" CRT TV to 32" LED, now the Picture Quality is very poor. I complained serveral times with D2H Through Mail and Customer Care, but all vent Vain i am getting only 70 - 80% Quality signal in it, The Customer Care is telling that they dont have technical information that how much signal is enough to get a Good Picture Quality... The local technician by D2H way of Approch is different, he looking at me like Alien and saying that only that much signal i will get; so stop complaining to customer care. I also informed to D2H regarding the same... but they are not taking any thing servious... Request you to gothrough the Tailed mails which i have sent for D2H and the reply i got, All the Replies are senseless, They are just sending the template mail, they are not understanding the Customer problem (by reading those mails)...

I lost all hope with D2H, last Friday again i given a complaint of my PQ, but nobody reached/called me still today...

If they are not doing justice before this week, once i complete my balance i will return back the STB to Videocon for seeking my Refunds as they are not ready to give service i am not interested to continue with them.

Expecing TRAI Intervention in this and i hope you will be doing the needful.

I hope u have sent it to all the ids i listed out to u. Few might bounce back into ur mailbox. But few will reach & they will take some action.

Just now, that manager sopke to me (may be after seeing the Mails), he said he will come to my home personally tomorrow to check the issue, he also promised if PQ problem remains he will replace the New STB also...
 
Saw the magic of TRAI? These guys are a bit scared of TRAI!
 
Hey Guys! today the Area Head - Customer Service is visited my house for checking the issue... He said Signals are OK... 70 - 80% was the max i can get i told him that i will send the Screen shots of 100% signals were my guys getting it... he smiled... He said the PQ issue may be with my STB, he said he will replace it as the earliest and check it... Temporarily he has given me HD Box with HD Channels activated... with the same signal channels are PERFECT... he said he will keep that box in my house only for next 2 days or so....@ Jaymin or @ IndianMascotCan u mail me those Screenshots were 100% taken...
