Mail sent to TRAI & D2H...
Dear Team TRAI,
Ref.: Customer ID xxxxxxxxx.
I using the D2H Connection for almost 1 year now, still last month i didnt have any problem, Recently i changed my 21" CRT
TV to 32" LED, now the Picture Quality is very poor. I complained serveral times with D2H Through Mail and Customer Care, but all vent Vain i am getting only 70 - 80% Quality signal in it, The Customer Care is telling that they dont have technical information that how much signal is enough to get a Good Picture Quality... The local technician by D2H way of Approch is different, he looking at me like Alien and saying that only that much signal i will get; so stop complaining to customer care. I also informed to D2H regarding the same... but they are not taking any thing servious... Request you to gothrough the Tailed mails which i have sent for D2H and the reply i got, All the Replies are senseless, They are just sending the template mail, they are not understanding the Customer problem (by reading those mails)...
I lost all hope with D2H, last Friday again i given a complaint of my PQ, but nobody reached/called me still today...
If they are not doing justice before this week, once i complete my balance i will return back the STB to Videocon for seeking my Refunds as they are not ready to give service i am not interested to continue with them.
Expecing TRAI Intervention in this and i hope you will be doing the needful.
