Congrats Buddy.I have also noticed that the engineers are in so much hurry. When my Zapper was being installed, they were in gr8 rush. As you mentioned, they quickly took out the box and the other one even tore the polythene and pulled cables out. Bt never mind it untill they behave like gentlemen with people.One more thing, why didn't engineer set Quality and Signal to 100% on terrace itself. In my case, they had Digital LNB meter . One end of Cable was connected to LNB meter and other to Antenna LNB and he was adjusting the Antenna by watching the Quality and Strength in LNB meter only. Once it reached to 80 & 100, then he connected the other end to Zapper Box.Anyways , finally required Quality and Strength recieved. So , All izz Well !!!

That guy had an Analog Meter. Also, he was not keen on setting the Quality to max possible as evident from what he argued, before rushing to the terrace to rectify it.

So alls well that ends well. U need to be stubborn with engineers at times. Politeness is different thing, but u need to make that person understand ur viewpoint.

No worries here! Actually the main thing for which u use it is only recharging. Or i wud say - i use it only for recharging.
