The Problem
after installation, the demo channel was appearing little blurred..the engineer told me that it has something to do with the TV ...
after much persuasion and some phone calls, he took back the STB and said that he'll update the software.
now keeping my fingers crossed...
Did your box got updated over the air ? Coz I remember when my friend got the connection the first time the channels were a bit blurred and the demo channel was all pixelated. After around 30 mins the box got updated and then the channels looked fine
