They have swapped my STB for the issue i had raised. Lets see how it works out now!

Now there is double chance to facing dvr pause for a second issue after swap box. Check do u face / not.

I havent faced that. But it loooks that the complain that i had registered is not slved even after swapping.....looks like theres some issue with the software only. I will have to ask him again!

Any idea how long they will take to install after the online order of the HD box (in Chennai) ....

If its the HD only box, then there shudnt be any shortage issue which was there some time back in respect of DVRs. Within 48 hours of booking u normally get a call from their engineers.
