I think there are occasional Bots who join this Forum, to defame 1 or the other service. Biggest target is Hayai.

Actually thing is, Society had nt allowed me to install Dish @ rooftop bcoz they held their AGM there. Bt have given permission to install anywhere @ window. And View from from Window is clear and Dish can be easily pointed towards Satellite Direction .

Hi Dude. it's not a spam.. I felt the diff between Airtel HD d2h and videocon hd-dvr d2h and posted. The main difference is in clarity/resolution of picture.. eg. in NGC HD/ StarPlusHD, one can see the thinnest hair of human body so clearly in AirtelHD, whereas in Videocon HD, that much resolution/clarity is missing. But for Animation movies concerned, I feel Airtel and Videocon are having same quality.That's my two cents on videocon HD-DVR. I felt the difference and shared it here. The reason why I switched from Airtel was: Airtel HD box was going bad once in 6 months (two time I got it replaced in one year) and now after one year warranty Airtel is asking me to pay 750Rs for replacment which I didn't like it hence I switched to Videocon (they say 5yrs warranty and just 100Rs for box replacement).

May be there wud an issue in signal quality. I am never faced by such situation. In matches, when they show slow motion replays, i am able to see the seam of the ball clearly too. may be during rains only, some disturbances occur in both audio & video. But even that gets rectified either automatically, or on restarting the STB.

Jaymin, Have you seen the Airtel HD quality? Then only you will appreciate what I'm saying. Since I have seen both providers quality on my own TV I could see the difference between these two. I didn't go thru these kind of reviews before purchasing Videocon d2h HD, so thought of sharing my views after purchasing videocon and joined the forum. Yes, I'm occasional Bot and this will be my last reply on this topic. Enjoy Videocon d2h HD.

@ vsat26: Bro, 1st of all I would like to clear you that your sudden joining the forum and 1st post itself critizing the most reliable DTH make us think that may be either you were spamming or you are a bot, bcoz we guys see lots of spamming here. So, Never Mind and chill 2ndly: Forget about Airtel Quality, I compared my videocon d2h which was installed yesterday only with Blu Ray Quality Videos and both are almost same. And I don't think Airtel or any other would be providing PQ better than that. There are numerous complaints you will find in Airtel Section. I am not denying that Airtel PQ is not good. I have personally seen ADTV PQ at my colleouge residence and SD quality differs 1 or 2%. Now, Lets not debate and criticize other DTH, bcoz every DTH operator is trying their best to provide Service to customers. Lets talk about how can your Issue be fixed. The kind of feedback you are sharing here hints that definately something wrong with your Antenna Settings. And you need to take this up with d2h guys immideately.I am sure they will fix it up and you will be a Happy Man

I connected using the simple A/V connectors, ie, the Red, yellow & White wires. The problem was that there was Syncing problem with my TV Tuner Card. The audio & video did not match. So i finally gave up the idea of connecting to PC.
But if u really want to connect to PC, then u can invest in a recent TV Tuner which may give u better results.
PS: U r typing in Hindi, i hope that u r comfortable with replies in English!

I think u must have understood by what Mascot said. Every 2-3 days we have people criticising 1 or the other services. And the way u started, by mere criticism, instead of providing the details of actual issue faced by u, we thought that its the "SAME OLD STORY".
I am sorry if u felt bad, but the situation was such........
