Thats nonsense really! I think users of HD only Boxes shud complain about this issue.Btw, doesnt it even have HDMI port? Cant spot it due to lack of proper light.

HDMI is there. its just left to Smart Card slot. Now I am repenting for this box. Better I would have gone for DVR :(

Thats ok, But there can be many like u, who dont need recording facility. Why shud u pay 1-1.5k extra just to get a few more ports? In this case, u can fix the issue by using HDMI to ur TV, and may be a Co-axial or Component cable from TV to ur Speakers. Actually i have that setup only, out of compulsion.I have a DVD, PC & this STB connected to my TV. So to make it simple, i connected the speakers with the TV. So i dont need to keep changing the input of speakers.

Okie. Please clarify one thing. HDMI carries only Video or Both Audio & Video ?

I have the same setting before d2h installed.

HDMI carries both Audio & Video. That too, in Digital quality. The regular A/V cable carries Analog signals, but HDMI carries digital signals.

Thats gr8. Now My Zapper Box and LED are connected with HDMI Cable and I am getting output on LED Speakers. So, If I connect This Sound System to LED Headphone Socket, then it would start working. Am I right ??

Yes u r right. But why do u want sub-standard output? I think if u connect via the headphone socket, it wont give u that great sound. As an immediate option u can try. But since u have invested so much for a great TV Viewing experience, i think u need to drive in this last nail - may be a Component cable or Co-axial cable.BUT THAT DEPENDS ON WHETHER UR TV HAS THOSE OUTPUTS OR NOT. Normally it shud have.

I think u can check it by going to Satellite management. That is by entering those codes.
