I think Mumbai launch is most difficult as more tech savvy people live here. Looking at RJIO signals in my area since more than 6 months, we can say that it may not be that easy to deploy LTE services in 1 go.
They will launch in city like kolkatta in 4stages don't expect much in case from Mumbai n delhi. Vodafone is last to invest in infrastructure. British values to the core. Profit leechers.
