that is very true for Vi
There are a lot of places where Airtel and Jio both fail completely but Vi somehow gives 40mbps on such places

crowded stations ,manish market csmt etc etc

welp just as i started recording ,Vi 5G returned to the high pings and below 200mbps speeds bruhhh

idk if VI upgraded my site or not but i am getting great speeds/pings on 4g

speeds were boosting upwards of 170-180 in DL and 55-60 in UL but it dropped down

okay 90% of shoot is done ,had to force myself to actually go out and test in the field rather than testing at home

and damn its super hot outside

the biggest hurdle for me with VI 5G is not having unlimited 5G on my sim

i exhausted about 6gb in just 2 hours while rigorously doing speed tests and recording it
and at one point i had to stop not because of battery or memory issues but because I ran out of 4G data quota for the day and i couldnt recharge again because SBI gave up on me

Looks like VI planning to become next MTNL, just focusing on Mumbai and Delhi, and leaving rest of India for Airtel/Jio

Airtel has very stable implementation of 5G, be it NSA, they have found the right balance. I don't think Vi would be able to compete with Airtel in the near future. Nobody in their right minds would leave Airtel and port to Vi anytime soon, at this point Vi subscribers are just crazy vodafone/idea fans/corporate customers.
