I have a postpaid connection for half a decade now.i called today and asked about the Old scheme two numbers on one sim card; one for personal and one official use.(Line1/Line2)the guy on 111 was dumbfounded, and went on and on about how i could buy a new magic box and carry two phones ...........man I tried explaining but it was like :wall:

these guys just need to have a functional backend with all these features easily accessible and configurable. that would resolve most of the problems we face today.
