I suggest Vodafone should continue with old Hutch website till the Vodafone Website is ready/accurate and fully functional.

Can a World Class company like Vodafone afford such a big goof up on their website, checkout:

Prepaid Cost Structure

According to the above page: to mobile phones in Mumbai, Maharashtra & Goa Rs 0.99p/min.............

But Vodafone cannot even Copy-Paste properly, they missed to copy (special offer) from the page, check it here:

Hutch
(to mobile phones in Mumbai, Maharashtra & Goa (special offer) Rs 0.99p/min
Amazing isn't it, how many more goof ups there, I am sure there are more!

Only with the special offer (Rs.25/month), m2m calls would be 0.99/min but as per Vodafone goof up, [email protected]/min is the default rate without any additional monthly rental...........

Site is ugly. It is being run on Microsoft Sharepoint (that is what the generator meta-tag says). Web standards have been given a go by. Doesn't reflect too well on the company. The designers are going to be fired pretty soon. The international site is good though. But it only acts as a redirector.

one of the things i thought vodafone would bring is a more functional website. with latest offers and new handsets. yet to see anything. yet to see a functional website. forget something that you can actually visit to get some information. no future plans. no details on what handsets they are offering.....

^^^Marketing Launch, even their marketing failed. The Pug which Hutch used so effectively with the kid and a message actually irritated everyone, thanks to vodafone's stupid "Exclusive Ads" on Star for 24 hrs.Funny thing is, they showed the pug running here and there confused, it ran towards Hutch to take it away with them but could not, so returns and finds his house changed to Red, goes inside his new house and immediately tries to come out of the window (as shown in the ad), then loses everything and just sits quietly in the house with tears in its eyes which could clearly be seen in the Ad!!!Poor Pug wanted to leave with Hutch but Got stuck in new Red house of Vodafone............

heh. but the message was delivered. Hutch is now Vodafone. Whether you like it or not. You are stuck with it ;)

Guys news for all of you..............

I got a call from Vodafone sometime back inviting me for a Conference in Hotel Orchid on 28th Sept. The Conference is for discussing Customer Grievances and Suggestions to improve.

She said Vodafone will provide Pick up Drop facility and also Dinner at Hotel Orchid, I am surprised by this call from Vodafone, she will call again 2 days prior to conference for a final confirmation.

Is Vodafone trying something special???
