Ghosh and Sarin have only one job on the face of the earth.............and that is to OVER SEE and get the job done,On time,under cost and turn a profit in the Long run.If they are not accountable for the dismal Launch,the goofy website and the lacklustre hype thats the change has created .,....................... will you hold the coder who wrote the HTML,or his Lead who supervised the coders or the head of the WWW unit?Dont the CEO's vet every talk Plan launch,handset deal and freebie and tie it into the overall operations?????C'mon we all know Big Bosses are paid big bucks so the guys under them dont goof up like in nomal mom and pop stores.Look at the hype Reliance caused when Dhirubhai promised a mobile in every pocket.Are sarin and Ghosh incapable of beating that when they are now associated with the worlds largest telecom conglomerate.These malfunctioning depts and untamed subordinates are the only reason why Airtel is No1,Reliance No2 and Hutch No3.Hell its the hype that keeps reliance going even though their hidden costs,sucky handsets,bad customer care and overall pathetic service .....shld have driven them to bankruptcy due to the customers moving to other providersIf the Ambanis or Sunil Mittal had to coordinate this launch..........I'd have my browser on the VF homepage; stars in my eyes and the VF tune in my heart...................Now all I have is that sick Hutch tune playing on almost every other channel,every minute of the day and its driving me frankly insane thinking that the ****ing Mutt is still around !!

There is a hype about the launch of Vodafone brand. I didn't find anything new in Chennai about the launch and hording or any advt in local language.
I think vodafone is much interested in north belt....

I have never seen CEO who will review such things. Thats micromanagement. I am sure someone is getting his/her ass grilled as we speak.
CEO is there to look at bigger things like spectrum/govt/big ticket tax/M&A

Even my mom hated it and said, why this is happening i.e same ad again repeating and I said, Hutch has changed to Vodafone so the pug is running around confused, on what to do and where to go, i.e go with hutch or stay with Vodafone................ :rofl:

i just got a new Hutch(vodafone) sim,called the CC,it has improved!all other things r ok.not used GPRS yet.will the company improve now?
