Vodafone launch in India

It works with Nokia for sure not confirmed about other brands........Its toll free so one can give it a try!

Ya i know that. And i have as my operator logo. But when will they change to vodafone by default. thats what i want to know

They have changed it to Vodafone, but its the handset which does not show up the change...............My 6300 still shows hutch but with the same sim inserted in 6610, it shows Vodafone.So officially its done, but handset compatibility with the change causes it to show hutch/vodafone..........

oh i see. but i ve checked with many of my friends cell. But still shows Hutch. may be in chennai, they haven't changed.

forget abt vodafone on mine its showing orange for 2seconds then hutch for 2 seconds. network search shows ORANGE as network. SIM card is of hutch.

Network search shows Orange from both my phones even with 6610 which by default shows operator logo as Vodafone!

No idea about chennai, guys, atleast in mumbai they have changed to Vodafone.

Still shows Hutch on a Razr2?I tried sending that on a Razr2 but it did not work?

Ya it does not work with Motorola, thats what I heard from few friends......
