VU TV. Buying extended warranty

Hi, I have recently bought VU 40 FHD tv. Delivery and Installation was easy. I am not sure how good will be the warranty. I am in dilemma with extended warranty. We can purchase warranty from VU itself and from Jeeves. Could you suggest buying Warranty from where will be good?

price is same i believe? 10% of the cost of the TV in the first month of purchase? Get it from Vu. I have received two replacements in the 11 months. Would have been more if I had not delayed filing a complaint. Would see if they are quick to replace the TV during extended warranty when this current panel goes bad. My one year finishes on October 18.

yup. i have little hope for the tv to be any useful after three year period is over.
