What happended to HD ?

Did any one get HD ?

No HD channels are being provided right now. I think they will have to provide a high end STB for HD channels. The current STB can't handle HD transmission.

well there are about 3 free to air HD channels signal over india one of them is VOOM HD which available in the same sattelite in which big tv is transmiting.

HD still has a long way to go, at least 5 more years if not less, till then SD transmission will continue, all our local hindi channels are being made in SD content only

well i was reading sattelite and cable magazine some 2 months ago and they said some cable operator group dont remeber the name have started giving HD channels and that there stb have HDMI ot as well.

newsX, Manormaonline (Malayalam) etc already are in HD. National Geo was requesting permission
