What is the default password?

What is the default password BSNL provides for the user logins (for the PPPoE authentication)? Is it "password"? or something else?

PPPoE session is not getting established / authentication is not happening since Friday (3 days now). Have raised a ticket without any progress.

Others too facing this problem? (BLR - if location helps)

This happens once every few months.
Raise a complaint in twitter.
It happens due to its ppoe authentication server.
