What is the total installation cost of Airtel Xstream internet connection?

What’s the full installation cost ( Router charge/activation charge, wiring cost etc) of new airtel broadband connection? Is there any discount in installation if I’m current local broadband user and changing to airtel?

So in your city Airtel is installing directly. No extra ₹1000 LCO charge. I think you can get free installation if you pay for 3 months advance for 799 plan and above

This was in Chennai. Connection is supposed to be set up by Monday or Tuesday.

Spoke with Airtel Guy @Nashik/MH
He asked the below
1. Installation Cost 1500 ( I asked why not 1000, he said more than 100 meters)
2. If 499 plan is taken need to pay for the router. Total was around 3500 for one month 499 + Router + Installation.
He suggested to take Rs799 plan which have free router. total pay around 4300 for three months ..

I said Bye Bye to him and ask to come back when installation is 1000 and when 499 plan is with free router. Dont mind paying 6 months

@Sudarshan61 here the airtel guy is asking me to pay for 6 months in advance for 799 or above plan. Installation is 1000 which will go to LCO. If Airtel gives 1 month plan and free router, I’ll happily ditch Jio but not gonna pay for 6 months. 6 months advance scheme should waive off 1000 installation or give 1000 extra discount to adjust for that installation in cash.
