What should be my download speed- 4 mbps?

I also have the 4 mbps plan but it never crosses 400, hover in between 200 - 350~370. I do not think it will cross 400 as for 2mb plan also it was around 200 kbps. Has someone seen 400+ in 4mbps?

^^I have, when I was on 4mbps around 500 kBps. Please post your line stats and have you been shifted to the new plan ? since youre getting more than 1mbps .

Yes, but only in terms on Speed, usage limit is still pending. No calls yet, mailed B'lore guys yesterday no reply yet. Speed is also very erratic. Will give a shot again at speedtest and post again however pings are great (around 40~50 ms). whats the best at 2 mbps? I only got around ~200

On 2 mbps, I get around 230 - 270 kBps.

the fact that your latency and speed have improved, is due to writing to the noc. Wait for a few more days, if nothing changes, write again, it will work. And, id asked you for line stats.

Visit your modem's interface and find the adsl stats section. Post whatever you see in the adsl stats.
