Can anyone suggest which modem can work with railwire? I have Archer C3200 with which i would like to connect. Is TP-Link XZ000-G7 will work?
Here LCO is asking ₹4000 for router and ₹2000 installation charges.

Technically it should work, but at the end the LCO needs to approve your MAC id on the network and GPON authentication, so if he's being this petty with buy from me or i won't install i doubt if he'll allow you to use other modem/router

And moreover he won't help you totally with usernsme pass or anything and without that you can't get into the network

Best remedy would be to just tell him to setup g7 as bridge and you'll give him 500 cash or you can raise a complaint with higher authorities.

I already offered him ₹500 but he totally denying. He was even denying for 50mbps plan.

I have already raised complaint on Toll free. Even though if he agrees to do installation he will not provide any further support.

I guess get connection from somewhere else, If someone is treating you this bad even before being their customer. You'll always feel at his mercy to fix things even in future like fiber cuts, settings, speed/ping issues.

Having a good relation with your provider always helps you in long run, but this guy already looks very shady
