When to place Jio Airfiber disconnection request ?

my Airfiber 60 days trial plan started on 23 November .
So 21 Jan would make up 60 days .
Do i need to place disconnection request today itself because customer care told to call before 5 days .
OR
I can also disconnect after 21st as well ?

can place it before a day of expiry, but to be on safe side put the request 4 days before expiry, but note that if it gets processed then services will get terminated same time

Did disconnection One day before 60 days period , i.e on 59th day .. no charges billed to me ... IDU and dth box picked up .
According to them if you placed disconnection request during trial period of 60 days no charges will be issued to you .
