Ok guys today my plans just got changed and I regret not using 750 GB of my initial plans ;-; Damn it

I did speedtest to :
i3D HK
OVH Singapore
Bharti Airtel Chennai
Nforce Amsterdam
GTT New York

Earlier I had a combo of good/bad international speed over last few days.

Now that my plan is changed to 200 mbps, I'm getting hard-capped 95 Mbps. My speedtests shoots upto 75-88 very fast for most of them and slowly approaches 95 Mbps.

For some servers it slowly builds upto 95 like start from 35 mbps upshoot and gradually climb upto 95mbps.

Altho' it's not promised 200mbps atleast it's consistent 95 Mbps everywhere

My pings tho worse than when I first got FTTH connection are relatively better than others here to international servers for e.g. HK is 120-130 ms, Nforce Amsterdam is 167 ms etc, SGP is 90 ms(earlier it was tight 75 ms)..

DNS pings are worse than earlier as both G-DNS and CF-DNS were <20 ms for me now GDNS is somewhere between 17-24 ms and cloud flare is 40-42 ms

Total Data consumed in speedtest is 1.992 GB

It may be speedtest server issue too.

In the previous post, OVH couldn't go beyond 73 Mbps but in this one it crosses 100 Mbps easily. Also, have you checked with nperf test.

Comparing @vishalrao post on the locked thread, my 300 mbps plan gives results like

Github (linux master zip) - 60-70 mbps
Ubuntu Webwerks Mirror - 330 - 350 mbps
Ubuntu Denmark Mirror - 250 - 300 mbps
Ubuntu ISO Torrent - 250 - 280 mbps
Elementary OS - 300 - 330 mbps
Windows ISO - 330 - 350 mbps

My latency seems to be increased overall though.
Chennai 6 ms to 10 ms
Mumbai 30 ms to 40 ms
Singapore 35 ms to 60 ms

Latency seems to have almost doubled for me too. Pings to 8.8.8.8 have gone from 42 ms at least yesterday to 80 ms now.

@vacatedzeus2 speeds seem similar to mine. how/where did you download elementary OS and windows ISO ? your speeds seem better than mine for these two.

Today when I checked just now international speeds and pings have gone down the toilet.

Like 500+ ms ping and single digit speeds (5 mbps) to various international locations on speedtest.net
