Which BHIM UPI Payments App You Are Using?

This thread has become offtopic. Lol

@royalroy HDFC generally takes 2.75% from each transaction processed using these machines. They were charging me less, because of the industry I selected. The machine I had supported DB, CC via swipe and NFC. It would connect to my phone using Bluetooth and I had an app which would easily authenticate it. IMO it's far easy to collect payments using payment gateways such as Payu and Razorpay. I have Razorpay, Payu and Instamojo. Payu has been pushing me to upgrade my gateway to accept international payments (which I actually require), for which these are the commercials:

Charges - 3% + GST
International Cards accepted will be MasterCard and VISA cards only. (Gateway won't get AMEX or DISCOVER card support).
Note: GST is 18%.

Karnataka Bank charges 0% up to Rs.2000 for DC and 1.2% for CC. Above Rs.2000, DC 0.9% and CC 1.2%. Some Rs.400 pm rent extra. @Samuel You are being looted by HDFC.

Please split this POS terminal discussion into a different thread.

As I said, I never really used the POS machine. Lol

How much does Karnataka Bank charge to open a current account that gives you a POS machine, and which kind?

Karnataka Bank gives POS machine without any drama for the basic current account having following minimum balances:
  • ₹3,000 (Rural/Semi Urban)
  • ₹5,000 (Urban/Metro).

Here in Delhi if you ask for a basic current account the answer you'll get is:

The Office No GIF

Carry around 2k cash in wallet daily. (for emergency or when there is no Paytm or pos machines.)
Paytm Wallet mostly for shopkeepers and wherever accepted (why? cus they cannot say bhaiya khule nahi hain?)
Regalia CC for online payments.
Citibank IOC for fuel.
Google Pay (for payments below 2000/- and for sharing money between friends and stuff).
Debit card only for cash withdrawls.
Paypal to receive international payments (seeking for a better alternative)
