Yep, no doubt airtel is superior to BSNL in all respects, but BSNL's masterpiece is the 2-8 free download ! People who do not game go for the BSNL plan coz its cheaper and latency and all don't matter in this case ! :D
yea i agree,if bsnl provide good service there,btw i downloaded over 1TB by h500 plan from bsnl :happy:so there is nothing major thing left for me to download and also i got bore searching stuff daily 4GB;).i also downloaded around 170GB in 1 month:cool2: from that plan after that bsnl start sucking a lot:@.

@Mac

In my opinion due to poor latency from BSNL connection Home UL 750 and 1350 connections are not good. I never said they are bad plans for gaming.

i dont think its the latency problem with bsnl.
problem may be due to line quality or some other hardware related issue.

People on BSNL get lower ping for japan/ korea/ china/ europe.
But gaming experience is better on Airtel, even with lower bandwidth plans.
I have played games on the 64K connections from airtel, without any disconnects or major lag issues. But then that was 5 yrs back, there is lots of traffic nowadays.:)

Well I dont understand, why cant these BSNL people provide good speeds for 750 UL plans like they do for 500 Home plan..!! :@

You want 2mbps unlimited for 750 bucks ? :|

Well I understand what u r trying to say...! But BSNL can give 2 Mbps at Rs.500 but not when we are paying a higher amt than this.

By the way,

I have got great speeds during my night unlimited slot (i.e 2-8am). The speed doesnot drop during these times. Infact, at times I got 3 Mbps in this slot..! :happy:

calculate like this if the bandwidth stated id 256 then the download speed implies about 256/8 .
