which wifi router works with DataOne?

i have the 256kul connection and want to setup a wifi network at home....mainly so i can use my laptop anywhere in the house... so i want to know which routers work with the dataone connection and how to configure it... Thanks

Almost any router should work. Buy Netgear/Linksys/D-Link which is available easily. Approx price for a decent router is around 2000

cool....but wat abt setting up the whole thing?? i mean how easy or difficult is it to setup a wifi network?

There are two ways:1. You spend 4k and buy a router that has ADSL modem as well, in that case setup is quite easy, just enter BSNL's login id / password you are done. It will replace your touter.2. You can buy a WiFi router for 2k that will work with existing ADSL modem (ADSL modem MUST have LAN port).In case 2, you will need to depns couple of days in getting to know admin interface, you need to enable PPPOE to dial BSNL, need to enable WAP security etc etc.
