@Rickysin that's nice. Great that excitel is changing now. 17ms from hyderabad seems pretty decent. Does excitel have direct peering with AWS now? Also what abut packet loss?
I don't know what's wrong with jio, they have direct peering with AWS but my friends who have Jio Fiber experience random ping spikes during the game. In case of Airtel and TPF, pings remain quite stable. I get 5-7ms on both from Pune.

@87056 i don't see any packet loss anywhere on excitel. only con is they reset the pppoe connection after every 7 days.

I like my 250 Mbps connection. If everyone else feels 100 Mbps is enough for them, great. May the force be with you.

that is not an issue. Prove me wrong that 40 mbps and 1gbps connection website surfing speed is not same.

if person wants to download quickly then they can go for higher speed plans and if not then 40-50 mbps is more than sufficient.

you will even not feel any difference between dsl surfing speed and fiber one.
