If the government can send Victim to Singapore for proper Treatment (because we don't have that facilities) ..thanI suggest they shud send Accused to Saudi Arabia(because we don't have those kind of laws) for proper Justice!Paste and spread!!

Delhi rape: Police finalise 1,000-page charge sheet
Ek hajaar pej?

This is why khap panchayats become important. They would have given an execution order right away upon watching the girl on her death bed.

Had this case not been taken up by the protesters, the family would have been left doing chakars in the court for 10 fking years at least and the rapers would have been left on bail. Baaki logo ka kaun dekhega?

There are lakhs of rape cases still pending in court awaiting a date for hearing. The reality is that many of these cases are going to remain unsolved. How do you like your democracy now, sucker?

I wud not agree on the point of Khap Panchayats here. They are more responsible for rapes happening around the country. Read the article that has been posted by Sushubh 1 or 2 pages back. Its really shocking on seeing the mindset the village folk over there, have. And then when those village youth come to towns/cities, i dont think their mentalities change.They pass on that mentality to their future generations too....thru genes, and thru behaviour.So i wud say Khaps have been responsible for all the s**t, and wud not agree that they can help in resolving such issues.

@Jaymin,
Yes

There are crores of cases pending in courts all across india. This report says that the high court in delhi will take another 466 years to complete all its pending cases. That is crazy!!

We need a temporary apparatus which can fast track all these cases at least within our life time. I don't see any other way.

"It's a completely collapsed system," said Prashant Bhushan, a well-known lawyer in New Delhi. "This country only lives under the illusion that there is a judicial system."

I agree with that point. But Khaps are certainly not the way out!

@sachins
U are advocating the very khaps who tell the police to drop cases against rapists and issue orders dictating women should be married off at 15 and shit. "U" suck it dude !! as long as people like u exist the women in this country will never get their rights. u actually have the phuking audacity to defend khap panchayats !! u sick phuck!
and just fyi these very khaps yday spoke against death penalty for rapists !
Haryana’s bestial rape chronicles or where a rapist is considered ‘a real man’
this is what ur khap pahchayat does u mofo.

I guess, he might not be aware, so let him go thru it first.....lets see what views he has once he goes thru it! :)
