Packaging is another important issue that DTH providers must address it make it as consumer friendly as possible. Tata Sky need to introduce Regional packages and sub packages and that should sort it nicely. I believe a large part of the blame must lie with broadcasters who will obviously try to sell their less popular channels along with the popular ones. The existing packages on Tatasky still club channels in a package which are not needed by many people. What is the point of having regional channels in Family pack ? That is ridiculous. Why can't they just group channels based on genre ? Like entertianment , sports , news and regional. Hopefully from January 2008 with new dth regulations in place we will be able to have a more liberal choice in selecting packages
