2 desktop PC's in different floors(1st & 2nd). Internet possible with wifi router?

That's what WiFi is for.
Depending on the distance and disturbance,
you can ask Reliance for a list of compatible routers and yeah your PC must have a WiFi adapter.

There is a big difference between the two.ADSL WiFi routers have the feature of connecting your phone line directly to it so that it could connect you to the internet.WiFi router just makes the internet connection WiFi(Wireless).

ADSL WiFi routers have the feature of connecting your phone line directly to it so that it could connect you to the internet.

ADSL WIFI router is two devices built into one. Under normal situation we tend to use an ADSL modem provided by the broadband provider and a WIFI router, to create a wireless network. With ADSL WIFI router we eliminate the existence of ADSL modem. ADSL WIFI routers are expensive than normal WIFI routers.

PS: If you want to create a wireless connection with Reliance broadband go for ADSL Wifi with Mac Encapsulation protocol (which Reliance broadband supports). If you want cheap and durable ADSL Wifi routers look for WIFI routers provided by Airtel, BSNL or MTNL. Specifically for Mac Encapsulation protocol support. :)

My suggestion is you are going to use a Belkin USB wireless dongle go with the basic Belkin N router not that D-Link one, there is a basic N 150 WiFi router by Belkin for around Rs 1,500 - 1,600, I personally have a Belkin N+ and its pretty okay but not awesome.Do mind I am crazy geek any play around with a lot of hardware so I am really picky about the devices I use, I D-Link DIR-655 : Xtreme N Wireless has very good throughout but again expensive another good router IMHO is Netgear N600 (WNDR3700) Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Router it is one of the best WiFi router that you can get but again it is very expensive if you just planning to use it for just 1-3 WiFi devices and do not plan to do hi-def Wifi streaming the belkin 150 N should be good enough. The Linksys Wifi routers used to be good but again these day there budget products are just crap.
