wired problem!! help

this problem is happening from the past 3-4 days...i am not getting a stable connection..i mean two say thatafter browsing for a few minutes suddenly there is no data transfer..even with downloading....everything halts(data transfer halts).....wired is that while that happens modem link is OK....dataone is still connected..am able to ping the server....117.197.240.1...but cannot ping any websites.....only solution is to disconnect and then reconnect...but after reconnection again same problem after few minutes...this is what i have noticed in the dsl settings after this problem started..BEFORE the PROBLEM:---------------------|--: AFTER the PROBLEM...........................DOWN ........Up -------|------DOWN ..............UPRate (Kbps) ...........8000+ .......500+------|------ 2044 ----------252SNR Margin (dB) .......6.1 ..........25 ------ |--------6.2 ...............7.8Attenuation (dB) .....46.3 .........16 -------|--------33............... 14Output Power (dBm)..0.0.......... 6.9 ------|-------0.0 ..............2.7Please any body help..also i am not getting the usual speed what i used to getit has reduced drastically..
 
get your line checked by bsnl.also make sure line coming into house directly goes into splitter & no phone is connected before splitter.
 
yes!! SNR is too low..no wonder why u r having unstable connection..
Get ur line checked and like whitestar_999 mentioned, make sure the wire goes to splitter first.

keep only G DMT and Annex M(disabled),enabled bitswap, enabled inner line
Rest uncheck . reboot.Check Rj11 contacts for oxidization, rusting.
 
thanks all of you...for replying..as for the reply to 14th april thread.....i am sorry that i didnt post a reply...@essbeewell the sol suggested by you didnt worked either...but i got in touch with my area SDO and changed the entire underground cable that came to my house...so until the latest problem i had a pretty stable connection even with that low snr........but from the last few days the above mentioned problem is arising...
 
Hmm..so change of wires also didnt help??did u check everything including splitter??
