Airtel has been sitting on my service request for like ages on WiFi & DTH not working since 3 weeks. The technician they assign is either unavailable or disconnecting calls. After calling their customer care service, the only response we get is - give me time, we will look into this OR give us time and we will “TRY” to resolve this OR give us 4 hours and we will look into the email. It’s been 3 weeks and still there is no technician who has come to get this fixed. However, Airtel is running their bills regardless and we are paying regardless. After being on-hold for 45 mins, the customer care executive disconnected on me without providing a resolution.
It is such a painful experience that we as working professionals have to rely on WiFi working properly and if it doesn’t, we have to apply for leave. Airtel does not understand the intensity of this matter and has not giving us a solution since so many weeks. If this doesn’t get resolved today itself, I am filing a FIR against Airtel in the local police station and media support.
