Worst customer service & WiFi resolution

Airtel has been sitting on my service request for like ages on WiFi & DTH not working since 3 weeks. The technician they assign is either unavailable or disconnecting calls. After calling their customer care service, the only response we get is - give me time, we will look into this OR give us time and we will “TRY” to resolve this OR give us 4 hours and we will look into the email. It’s been 3 weeks and still there is no technician who has come to get this fixed. However, Airtel is running their bills regardless and we are paying regardless. After being on-hold for 45 mins, the customer care executive disconnected on me without providing a resolution.
It is such a painful experience that we as working professionals have to rely on WiFi working properly and if it doesn’t, we have to apply for leave. Airtel does not understand the intensity of this matter and has not giving us a solution since so many weeks. If this doesn’t get resolved today itself, I am filing a FIR against Airtel in the local police station and media support.
 
You are right my friend, don't loose hope and don't give up. Open complaints on Consumer Helpline & PGPortal.
Email the appellate & nodal by keeping the Bharti Airtel Charmian, CEO and all the Government Officials of TRAI & DoT in loop.
When you exhaust your complaint option, simply hire a normal advocate and file a lawsuit for compensation, but keep everything documented and email them at-least once in a day, reminding them about the complaint.

Don’t worry, this has happened to many people, including myself recently. You need more patience :censored:. I have been emailing them twice a day about my issue, but have yet to receive a response.

A similar problem arises when governments grant these tech giants more power and flexibility, allowing them to dominate their business segments virtually.

@charles.fe Could you please advise what email you have been using for Bharti Airtel Charmian, Government Officials of TRAI & DoT ?

I couldn't find his official email thanks, looks like the CEO or head of business relations also dont give a fuck lol? Will also file another NCH and PG complaint, thanks.

to the people it's happened - did they finally get justice at all? I switched over to Airtel cause I didn't wanna pay Ambani out of principle but shit these guys are such scumbagss, never faced any such with Jio I must say.

Email all these addresses and keep spamming - I have had success with it;

replace appellate and nodals for your own state.

[email protected] is their escalation team's email - who actually gets shit done.

Like @siddhu2310 file a complaint to NCH online and chuck the docket no in the title.
