ACT FIBERNET
I have been using act fibernet for the past 3 years.Every month i would face around 48 hours of downtime and i am ok with it.But recently from the past one month i cannot connect my router and it is showing as wan port unplugged randomly. Finally technician came and told me that router was damaged. But later i found out that router was working but the problem is with Act fibernet. They connected me using over 135 metres of cat 5e cable and due to long length of cable i was facing issues. So i called them and told that cable is so long and asked them me to connect to another junction box.But they said that all connections were full and cannot connect me to nearest box.I am getting around 2 mbps of download speed and 40mbps of upload speed.Asked them details about gx box but it is costs around 2500 and i have to pay that amount without any issues from my side.Any solutions regarding with this issue?

I tried making call, sending mail and also tweeted. But nothing worked out. They said that they don't have any box near me and to install new box they don't have any vacant fiber slots.Act technician indirectly said to me to opt for another connection.

Brown building in the picture is where junction box is located. There are 4 poles between my home and that building.distance between 2 poles is around 35m.Total cable length is around 120metres.

CAT6 should fare better over longer distances. Make sure to get outdoor rated one though.

120m of outdoor cat6 can be expensive though

Another alternative is to put a switch in the middle of the cable. But then you'll have to worry about waterproofing and weather proofing that.

Try reducing distance as much as you can. You can put a network switch where the cable comes in at balcony.

Both cat5 and cat6 cables max out at 100m.
If you want to install a repeater in between, wouldn't you need a power source?
