Yes.Got 40mbps over lan and wifi.I tested to different servers.If there is wall in between then speed will reduce to 30mbps.

Finally got rid of act and bsnl engineer agreed to install in my location.No lco is involved.Engineer and staff are responsive.Hope that bsnl will not give any troubles.

How is new connection going for you ?
Took bsnl connection on 4th sept,2020.From that day there is hardly any downtime.total of 4 hours downtime.Service reliability is good.But I miss routing and ping times of act.You can instantly tell difference that connection quality is not upto the mark.But something is better than nothing.jio and airtel fiber are giving connections in area that is hardly 0.5kms from my home.I asked them in september last year about feasibilty and from that day they are saying we will give you connection in 2 months and god knows how many 2 months it will take.

I would like to if it's a smart idea to let them install a junction box to our power line which supplies 6 uses the internet supply.?? Does it affect on my power consumption bill? @andrea01 It will be like Rs. 100 ~ Rs. 200 / month. Appx. 25 - 35 Units / month (depend on price of Units at your State/Area). It'll affect your power consumption bill if you are using your Electricity above some parameters (Like in some states, till some units are free after that it cost price for each unit used but after a certain limit provided by Electricity board, They'll charge more money) So it totally depend on your own electricity usage too.
Also I believe they will give u some amount of money/ discount on your plan for the electricity consumption. Not sure if still they do it. And ask them to install it somewhere where you will not be disturbed (like exterior of your house) so that you won't have upto 6 ethernet cables inside your house.
