yeh im with ya on that one, the anti p2p situation here isn't as bad as say the US and i see no reason for airtel to do such a thing when they are not being pressed to do so.

Sorry to say but undernet does connect, you are far too paranoid about net neutrality etc..., Airtel is not blocking it or any thing else yet. Proof below...Try various servers, you will eventually connect.
