From what I have seen in reviews, it is plastic but a sturdy plastic which gives a metallic feel to it.

Heres the tricky part now...I ordered..the payment page went through...And a pop up showed about transaction successfull from flipkart and bank..But no email no order no...all i have is a automated message from BanK!!

yes..But amount deducted from bank...got a conformation from bank and Flipkart...but is not showing on "My Orders" List!!

CALL THERE CUSTOMER CARE. THEY WILL PROCESS THE ORDER,
I have face the same problem called the CS and they processed my order.

No man, not at all. If you got confirmation from bank via mail/sms that amount has been debited from your account. No need to worry at all. If you're a first customer, just a mail would do.

volvano619 , what!! buddy , you are scaring me!!! did you try and call flipkart? 14000 is not a small amount . i am still in double mind over my order. how can you be so relaxed ??? !!!!
