Last time I checked, apple(with ios7) kills any network connectivity of apps(after 10 minutes) that is not theirs(read itunes/appstore

Not that loud like Chinese phones out there.

No disturbance at all. Voice quality is Good.

After uninstalling useless apps you will get 12 Gigs.

On Android, Android takes care of memory management by suspending apps that are no longer needed.

Android does that based on resource availability. But there is no way to keep a session of ssh on background on iPad. They do this sort of thing to improve battery life as well( so rouge apps don't kill battery like that happens on android)
