Xstream premium question.

Just recently noticed, that Xstream premium is included with all broadband plans, it even shows up under Airtel app, but I haven't unable to actually make use of it.
Is it only available to use through the Xstream box?

Update: seems it's needs to be 'claimed' via the Airtel Thanks before proceeding.

Will update once I try it, the subscription is valid only for 365 days.

Nope. You can use it in your smartphone/tablet/TV as well

How to use it / activate it? If you don't mind.
I tried logging through the Xstream mobile app with my register broadband mobile number, nothing shows up.

Haven’t been able to use it even though I am on 200 Mbps plan, on signing in it keeps asking to subscribe to OTT’s by paying some amount, for me it doesn‘t even displays under Thanks benefits.

Seems it is not available in Prepaid connection cities, neither they give Netflix for 300 Mbps plan in prepaid cities plus services are pretty bad in prepaid cities

I faced the same issue. Visited airtel store and they raised the complaint. After that within a day it was listed in airtel thanks benefits.

Maybe your subscription is over since it's mentioned that it's valid for only 365 days.
