I think it is a speculation. can you post the link of the news article.

I say so because Star Movies HD - if launched in India ..has to come to Tata Sky first and then after 6 months maybe to other.
High time Tata Sky utilises the muscle power and twist others' arm..the way they are doing for Ten Action
