Airtel Broadband Smartbyte Meter is not updating

i think i will wait until 3-4 days left of my billing cycle...cant risk it..after fup speed is 512kbps..it sucks

thank God didnt go on downloading spree...speedbytes counter started working..yesterdays usage didnt count so got a day free fup

Yup same happened with mine...except that mine didnt record usage for 9-10 days

for more than 8 days I am unable to check the airtel broadband usage as the page www.airtel.in/smartbyte-s/page.html is down. It keeps redirecting to another page http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/smartbytes Complained to Airtel Support. They are yet to rectify this.

Glad it's not only me then!! Their smartbytes has been causing quite a few issues lately, rarely ever works now it seems.Well at least it shows properly on the my airtel app!

btw the plan you have seen in my signature is old one. new plan is mentioned here

Bloody hell!! "Truly jealous'
Here I was happy sending them a mail and getting my surprises upgraded from 10 to 30GB. Get 100 GB for Rs 1500 :/ you guys are really lucky. Oh and don't forget the speed drop to 512kbps thereafter.
