Well I'm also on ACT 100 Mbps in Bangalore and had my share of problems with servers outside India. Most noticed when I'm using VPN with nodes out of India. I'll do some speed tests to US servers and post here

Just started a new connection 10 days back and have lost trust in ACT.
My account id is 1420415 and have opted for ACT Lightning Plan. The FUP usage in your portal had shown around 40 GB of usage 3 days back and now shows that 101 GB (FUP exceeded) has been used which I think is absolutely impossible. When complained to the customer care they sent me the usage details it shows that 46 GB has been used in a single day which is insane. Stuck with pathetic speed now. Hope that you look into this issue immediately.

Imgur is lagging like shit on ACT. Are you facing the same?

I'm facing issues with Google based sites since yesterday, latency is very high. Didn't check IMGUR. Google.Com and Gmail were not loading at all for quiet sometime.
I even tried changing to Google DNS but nothing changed. Ping to Google DNS however was around 23-25ms

Achal, might have upload seeding traffic eating up data. Happens with 99.9% of internet users in the country and they think their ISP is cheating.

ISPs dont cheat, they are not going to get rich by this bro

Prev u were using 60Gb plan bet 3ppl now 30GB bet 2ppl.
Prev fup over in 27-30days now in 15days only.
Hence proved that 3rd guy hardly used internet :angel:
Invite him again to share your room aka internet and upgrade the plan.

ACT doesn't count uploads as part of FUP outside of Chennai I think.

I'm in Bangalore and upload well over a TB each month.
