Is china post any good or have to use AliExpress standard shipping?
I have never tried china post but used aliexpress standard shipping method multiple times.

Try Ali express standard shipping i used China post and my package is still roaming around China clueslessly

Well, I've found China Post slower than AliExpress Standard. Although, I always choose the cheapest option, cause the items I order from AliExpress, one week more wouldn't really make a difference.

Another good option is Special Line and Gati both come relatively quick. It may not be available for all items though.

Not necessarily, it gets cleared relatively quickly in my experience. China Post takes a lot of time for the package to even leave China.
