Reinstalled but same situation, asking me to authenticate and again the same thing that no premium content subscribed. Called CC, but they don't know anything about Zee5 right now, same tailor made replies all the time. Robots are working over there. Nonsense

Note : I have one month subscription to silver plan. May it be beacuase of this?

What does it show you under account info ? It’s showing my mobile number and nothing else.

I never had to install zee5, it came on it’s own.

Whenever I try to login, it simply asking me to authenticate with the app by using a code.
After login I'm unable to watch premium contents.
Don't know why it is happening, even their cc having noclue about Zee5.
Even I also didn't installed, it came automatically yesterday when I switched on to watch the Tv in the evening.
But as you guys are able to see the premium contents, I had to uninstall and install the app to check whether it rectifies, but no use.

if you have Vodafone prepaid.... On selecting a Zee5 show in Vodafone play, it takes you to Zee5 app and plays most content.

Just suggested because you are talking about Zee5 as something hard to get.... anyway, I think you can even sideload Vodafone play on Jio fiber STB...

just to make sure.... are you using it on jio fiber or any other hotspot or broadband via wifi.... pls check it.
