I was having same problem. I changed My MTU to 1000 and it worked.
I changed the MTU at Modem (mine Optilink ONT). Go to WAN Settings and there you will see MTU.

Can someone please tell me what is going on with my BSNL FTTH. Shouldn't the route stay the same and not change every 2 seconds.

Maybe they have an poorly configured load balancing setup

This issue was reported by others too.. Reduce your mtu value around 1400-1454
I myself faced the issue and it was solved this way.

Ameen Bro... Love you for your advice, Changing DNS didn't helped much but Changing MTU to 1450 worked smooth as silk..

So far so good...
i just hope it keeps working...

Thanks Uday... My issue resolved after reducing MTU to 1450
