Here is the comparison between config of www.excitel.com SSID that Excitel doesn't let users disable and normal user configured SSID. I'm not sure if I understand much but it maybe useful to someone else:

left is www.excitel.com and right is normal ssid:

I set wlanDisabled=1 from wlanDisabled=0 but even after that SSID is still broadcasting.

Ok it turns out LCO may have given the wrong ONT lmao. He just called me and told if I want to keep the current one or want the Rs 750 ONT. I reset the current ONT to default now. They are coming to pick this up and replace it with dumb ONT

too bright though lol. specification say 4w. led themselves must be consuming all that power. do check if you can access it coz i just can't for some reason lol.

Figured out that one. The router IP isn't actually 192.168.10.1 its 192.168.1.1 🤦. In the back and in manual its written 192.168.10.1. I think its changed by Excitel.

Default login isn't admin/admin its. excitel/exc@123
