Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan

I'm thinking of switching to 1mbps whole day. Any thoughts?
Edit- I'm still not getting the speed even after 11 pm

no 2mpbs tonight , i was on 1 mbps , switched to this , prefer this to 1 mbps, now will either keep using this or upgrade to 2mbps whole day .
